Personal bequests were made to Charles Tucker, Mary Tucker, Edwin E. Tucker, Walter Curtis Tucker and John Jerome Tucker, as well as to Sarah and Maria S. Heiser, Robert A. Smith, Ellen Frances Neilson, Annie Caroline Neilson, Valerie C. Moseley and to Mrs. Anastasia McGurgan, who was identified as nurse to his sister.5 |
Note | On 3 March 1909, his real estate holdings were auctioned by his executors, William J. Roome and Joseph W. Sandford. Properties scheduled to be sold were 27 West Sixty-eighth Street (his home), 341 West Twenty-second Street, 764 Columbus Avenue, 2438 and 2440 Eighth Avenue, 1822 and 1824 Lexington Avenue (northwest corner of 113th Street). the Moore leasehold at 231 to 235 Eighth Avenue (the southwest corner of Twenty-second Street), and 197 and 199 Columbia Street, Brooklyn. The sale was handled at the stand of Bryan L. Kennelly at the Vesey Street Auction Room.17,18,19 |
