Sarah is shown in her brother Daniel DuBoil's household in 1850 and 1855 under her maiden name and in 1860 as a widow with the name Bailey. The Bernard Bailey and Sarah DuBois buried in Newburgh, NY, appear to be the same people. They share a tombstone in Cedar Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum, Newburgh, Orange County, New York. They would have married late and been married only a short time before Bernard died.5
